Key Responsibilities

Social Strategy Development:

Create and execute comprehensive social media campaign strategies tailored to each client's goals and target audience, including influencer relationships

Ensuring adoption of Power Circuit for clients within your book
-
Influencer Programming Strategy & Production:
-
Proficient in strategically driving influencer programming through identifying, vetting, and slating influencer talent and creators for campaigns
-
Negotiating, communicating deliverables, and seeing partnerships through from execution to completion

Reporting on performance

Autonomous Workflow Management:
-
Efficiently manage a dynamic workload, working independently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for multiple client accounts

Creative Strategy Development:

Craft compelling and on-brand copy and creative for social media posts and influencer campaign plans and briefs
-
Utilize past months' performance to drive strategic changes while incorporating trend-driven and relevant social context

Social Content Execution:

Create and implement monthly content calendars that align with the overall social media strategy

Ensure consistent posting schedules and content themes for client accounts

Trendspotting:
-
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes
-
Actively bring fresh ideas and strategies to the team

Collaborative Team Meetings:

Actively participate in team meetings, contributing creative insights, sharing industry updates, and collaborating on cross-functional initiatives

Client Communication:

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on campaign progress, results, and recommendations for improvement

Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes

Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Qualifications
-
2+ years of experience in social media (agency experience preferred)
-
Proactive in staying current with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates in the social media landscape
-
Proven track record of successfully managing social media strategies for multiple clients spanning various industries
-
Experience in crafting and maintaining unique brand voices for clients
-
Proven history of developing and managing social campaigns that drove impactful results across a variety of KPIs
-
Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently
Requirements

Sufficient QA process ownership that results in no errors that yield a negative impact to revenue or retention of all clients within your book

Retention Rate of Social Accounts within your book: >90%
