Role Description

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist who can blend creative thinking + data-backed decisions to build brands people genuinely want to follow. If you love turning ideas into content, content into conversations, and conversations into communities, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of brand positioning & consumer behaviour
• Ability to translate brand goals into clear social media strategy
• Sharp instinct for engaging, shareable content
• Expertise across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube
• Strong understanding of social media analytics, metrics & reporting
• Content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills
• Trend spotting + audience insights + competitor analysis mindset
• Ability to connect brand → audience → content → performance

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution ideally with an agency
• Experience working with D2C consumer brands preferred
• Hands-on content creation experience is a BIG plus
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Marketing, Media, Design, or Communication backgrounds preferred
• Portfolio showcasing campaigns and brands handled
• Full-time availability
• Monday – Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Personal laptop & stable internet connection
