Role Description

The Social Media & Podcast Intern will support the execution of Leader in Me’s social media presence and Change Starts Here podcast, with a focus on engaging educators, administrators, and district leaders. This role is ideal for a college student interested in B2B marketing, digital content, and media production who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a mission-driven organization.

The intern will work closely with the Social Media & Podcast Manager to assist with:

• Content publishing
• Campaign support
• Podcast coordination

While gaining exposure to:

• B2B audience engagement
• Content strategy
• End-to-end podcast production

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field

Requirements

• Strong interest in B2B marketing, social media, content creation, and/or podcasting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social)
• Basic design or video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
• Interest in education, leadership development, or storytelling
