SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Digital Marketing:

• Develop clients’ brand identity, messaging, and content strategy.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content and other digital marketing assets across multiple platforms.
• Manage social media content calendars and ensure timely content delivery.
• Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments or messages when needed.
• Plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance reporting.
• Support website content updates, landing pages, and other digital marketing initiatives as assigned.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify trends, content opportunities, and marketing recommendations.
• Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, content creation, research, and overall work efficiency.
• Continuously learn and adapt to emerging digital marketing trends, AI technologies, new tools, and industry best practices.

Project Coordination:

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Monitor project progress and follow up with team members on pending deliverables.
• Prioritize tasks and organize project timelines.
• Prepare progress reports and status updates based on client requirements.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Document workflows, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal use.

Administrative & Client Support:

• Respond to emails and phone calls when required.
• Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
• Maintain organized digital files, records, and client documentation.
• Perform other administrative, operational, and client support tasks as assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, project coordination, or marketing campaign management.
• Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or in the BPO industry is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable to changing priorities, responsibilities, and business needs.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content management.
• Proficient in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Sora, Midjourney, or similar platforms) to improve productivity and content creation.
• Familiarity with email marketing, SMS marketing, CRM systems, and project management tools is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar) and/or Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration and communication tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Discord).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar applications.

Requirements

• Hardware: Laptop/Desktop (at least Core i3/Core i5 processor or any equivalent AMD processor) and 8 GB RAM.
• Headset: Computer headset with noise-cancelling feature.
• Internet connection: Wired connection; minimum of 30 Mbps.
• Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, AnyDesk, Google Drive, Discord.
