Role Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager/Marketing VA to manage and grow our online presence. This role requires someone who can plan, create, and execute engaging content across multiple platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with strategy to build a meaningful and engaging digital presence. This position is remote in the Philippines.

• Manage and oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc)
• Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with marketing goals
• Create engaging posts, captions, and stories
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and build community interaction
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies
• Stay updated with trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Develop content including: short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), graphics and visual assets, written captions, and storytelling posts
• Write effective scripts and hooks to capture the audience's attention
• Assist in brand messaging and campaign ideas
