Role Description

This role involves defining our digital presence as a Social Media Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for:

Analysis, monitoring and reporting of social media channels including measures and derivation of recommendations for action
Content strategies for B2B target groups, persona development and further development
Coordinating and managing content on various social media touchpoints
Building and maintaining brand ambassador and community relationships and developing user-generated content initiatives
Integrating SEO and content optimization strategies
Increasing social media engagement / followers through daily creation and sharing of stories, posts, reels, etc.
Creation and implementation of an editorial plan / marketing strategy
Commissioning, coordination and implementation of graphic assignments with our design agency (or yourself if you have the relevant skills)
Launching PR campaigns and maintaining contact with local media

Qualifications

Degree in marketing, communications, media, economics or a comparable qualification
Enthusiasm for social media marketing
Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of social media (B2B/B2C)
Experience in online content management with the ability to coordinate and effectively manage content on various platforms
Creative with a keen sense for appealing texts and visual content
Confident in using LinkedIn, Xing and Instagram
Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
Good technical understanding and ability to think analytically and across disciplines; familiarity with IT
High degree of personal responsibility and organizational skills
Very good knowledge of both German and English
Proficient in MS Office, especially Teams, Planner, PowerPoint and Excel
A willingness to learn and initiative
Talented communicator with a strong team spirit

Requirements

Experience with YouTube and TikTok as well as visualizing content with Adobe programs or Canva
Interest in PR and multimedia skills
Knowledge of other languages of our respective national companies
