Role Description

What you'll actually work on:

• Make the content: Reels, shorts, posts, hooks, thumbnails, captions. Most of it made in HexCoded itself, posted in public.
• Run our editors: Work with a bench of freelance video editors. Write the brief, pick the reference, chase the deadline, and send it back when it isn't right.
• Fill the Discord: Get people into the Discord, welcome them by name, start conversations on quiet days, and communicate what those people want from us.
• Write the emails: All of them, including the hello when someone signs up, nudges to make their first ad, notes to people who drifted away, and announcements for launches.
• Write the ads: Sit with the ad account, analyze which ads are doing well, and write the next batch.
• Watch the numbers: Monitor views, saves, Discord joins, replies, and signups to understand what works and what doesn't.

Qualifications

• An account you've actually run: Yours, a friend's, a college club's, or a page about something you love. Provide links and real numbers.
• Taste you can explain: Ability to compare thumbnails and articulate which one wins and why.
• You already build things with AI: Experience in using AI to save time and improve processes.
• Short, clear writing: Ability to create concise content that represents the brand effectively.
• You're properly online: Awareness of current trends and formats on social media platforms.
