Role Description

We are a fast-growing pet brand across 3x countries, with Malaysia as our core market. We sell precision supplements and snacks for Dogs & Cats. We look for you to scale our reach through Organic Content.

• Develop our End-to-end content strategy for Social Media
• Create Killer Content that engages viewers
• Grow our followers aggressively
• Drive sales through organic content & awesome storytelling
• Provide our Paid Ads team with sufficient creatives to test & iterate
• Be the soul of our Branding Strategy
• Monthly content performance audit

Qualifications

• Proven Track Record with other brands
• A strategic content thinker who has built audiences and driven revenue through content — not just grown follower counts
• Strong understanding of what makes short-form video convert — specifically on TikTok
• Experience developing brand voice, content pillars, and repeatable content frameworks from scratch
• Ability to write compelling hooks, scripts, and creative briefs that a producer can execute without hand-holding
