Role Description

This is a remote position.

Remote | Part-Time (4hrs/day) | Mon - Fri (EST)

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence, build brand awareness, and engage with our audience across social media platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating and editing engaging content, managing social media accounts, and finding ways to expand an audience. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently and can turn ideas into compelling social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and publish engaging social media content
• Develop content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels
• Create and edit short-form videos, including Reels and TikToks
• Help grow the brand's social media presence and audience
• Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and reach
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across platforms
• Monitor social media activity and respond to audience engagement as needed
• Promote the CEO's published book through social media campaigns and content
• Assist with email responses and basic communication when needed
• Track content performance and identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
• Strong video editing and content editing skills
• Experience creating Reels, TikToks, and other short-form video content
• Understanding of social media growth and audience engagement
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Healthcare industry experience or background is a plus, but not required
