Role Description

You’ll take the lead on how Timely shows up across social, bringing our brand, customers and beauty community to life in a way that feels unmistakably Timely.

• Own Timely’s organic social strategy, channels and communities.
• Create engaging content that builds our brand, community and demand.
• Bring our customers and their stories to life across social.
• Partner with our paid digital team to connect organic and paid social activity.
• Test new ideas and formats, using data and insights to continually improve performance.
• Track reach, engagement, audience growth, traffic, leads and conversions.
• Collaborate across EverWell on product launches, campaigns, events and key moments.
• Build genuine relationships with our beauty community and grow customer advocacy.
• Occasionally support SalonBiz social activity where needed.

Qualifications

• Strong experience owning social media for a brand or business.
• A knack for turning brand stories into creative, engaging content.
• An understanding of both organic and paid social.
• Confidence using data and insights to improve performance.
• The ability to balance brand, community and commercial outcomes.
• A creative, curious mindset and willingness to experiment.
• Strong planning, collaboration and stakeholder skills.
• An instinct for making brands feel human, relevant and authentic.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, beauty/wellness or a community-led brand would be a bonus.

Requirements

• This is a 12-month fixed-term, maternity leave contract.
• This role is full time, fixed-term position and can be based anywhere in New Zealand.
• You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
