[Hiring] Social Media Manager @Creative People

Role Description

You will own FODZYME's organic social presence end-to-end, including:

• Strategy
• Content calendar
• Publishing
• Community engagement
• Reporting

Our current focus has been on Instagram and TikTok, but we see a growing opportunity on YouTube as well. You'll partner closely with:

• The Head of Marketing on brand voice
• The Head of Creator Partnerships on how creator content integrates into our owned channels
• Our copywriter on longer or more strategic content franchises

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on social media experience at a DTC brand or agency
• Health, wellness, supplements, or food experience is a strong plus
• Strong on Instagram and TikTok (YouTube a plus)
• Exceptional writer and storyteller
• Comfortable in front of the camera or behind it
• Community builder with quick, warm, and on-brand responses
• Pulse on where our audience spends time online
• Analytical with the ability to read platform analytics
• Comfortable in a regulated category
• Thrives in a startup environment

Requirements

• Own the calendar and define FODZYME's organic social strategy
• Build and manage the content calendar around brand priorities
• Establish content pillars that ladder up to a coherent brand narrative
• Create and direct content, including writing captions and scripts
• Ensure visual and verbal brand consistency across every platform
• Grow follower base and engagement across all organic channels
• Monitor relevant online spaces to inform creative direction
• Establish KPIs and hold yourself accountable to them
• Track and report on organic social performance weekly
• Partner cross-functionally with various teams
