Role Description

The Social Media Manager will oversee all aspects of the company's social media strategy while taking an active role in content creation. This leadership position ensures the smooth operation of the social media team, manages employees, and coordinates with higher management. As one of the main content creators, the Social Media Manager will be featured in videos and become one of the key faces of the brand's social presence.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and managing UGC content
• Overseeing social media campaigns
• Scheduling posts and maintaining the content calendar
• Communicating all deliverables to senior leadership
• Driving consistent growth in social media engagement, audience size, and brand presence
• Ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum management experience
• In-depth knowledge of current social media platforms and trends
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Social Media

• Creative strategist who can move quickly from concept to execution
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube
• Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand
