[Hiring] Social Media Manager @Flexcube

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who will take full ownership of our social media presence with one clear goal: grow our channels and build a community around modern interior design and modular furniture.

Tasks

What you will do:

• Content & Channel Growth
  • Develop and execute a content strategy for Instagram (and if possible TikTok and Pinterest as well).
  • Create, schedule and publish content (we can provide images and you create the storytelling around them).
  • Grow our follower base and engagement rate with a clear monthly growth plan.
  • Analyze performance weekly and adjust strategy based on data.
• Influencer & Cooperation Management
  • Research and identify interior design influencers, architects, interior stylists and home decor creators in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
  • Reach out to influencers, negotiate cooperations and manage the full process from first contact to content delivery.
  • Organize product placements, unboxings, room makeovers and other collaboration formats.
• Community & Brand
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs.
  • Monitor trends in the interior design and furniture space.
  • Bring ideas for campaigns and content series that drive engagement and reach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing social media (either for your own successful channel or for a brand).
• Proven track record of growing a social media channel (show us the numbers).
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms and best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus but not required).
• Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership.
• Available for at least 20 hours per week.
