Role Description
We are seeking a Social Media Intern - either advanced undergraduates or graduate students - to partner with a business leader on a variety of projects while earning college-level credit(s).
- Brainstorm creative ideas and strategies, craft social media campaigns, and curate engaging content
- Monitor social media channels, seeking opportunities to develop and engage with our online community
- Amplify our brand’s voice across multiple platforms
- Assist in tracking and analyzing social media metrics to measure effectiveness and provide insights
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications
- Passion for social media and strong understanding of various platforms (TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and tactics with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively
- Excellent written communication skills, including impeccable grammar
- Eligibility to receive college credits for this unpaid internship
Requirements
- This is a remote (work from home) role for a US-based undergraduate or graduate student to work directly with CivicScience marketing professionals
- Time commitment is approximately 20 hours per week for 8-12 weeks (flexible)
