Role Description

We're currently looking for top talent to fill the role below:

• Role: Social Media & Growth Manager
• Monthly Rate: $650 - $750/month
• Availability: Part-time - 20 hours/week
• Time Zone: EST Business Hours

Experience Needed:

• Manage primary focus on Instagram (stories, reels, feed, growth)
• Secondary growth support for TikTok and other relevant platforms
• Turn owner/team-supplied raw videos and photos into polished short-form content
• Create and schedule consistent weekly content
• Post stories regularly with a strong sense of timing and relevance
• Build campaigns around events, launches, menu items, and slow traffic periods
• Write captions with taste, clarity, and personality
• Help create urgency around ticketed events and RSVPs
• Engage with followers/messages/comments as appropriate
• Identify collaboration opportunities with artists, instructors, creators, and aligned brands
• Review analytics and recommend what to double down on

Core Focus Areas:

• Café Growth: Increase awareness of our drinks, food, menu specials, atmosphere, and daytime culture—especially during slower weekday hours.
• Events Growth: Help fill classes, workshops, concerts, listening sessions, and special programming.
• Rentals Growth: Generate inquiries for private rentals, creative gatherings, rehearsals, shoots, launches, and brand activations.
• Reach & Audience Growth: Improve visibility of posts, reels, and stories while increasing follower count and engagement.

Our current traffic and reach have room to grow, and we want someone excited by that opportunity.

Qualifications

• Strong taste and visual instincts
• Knows how to grow accounts organically
• Good writer with a natural tone
• Self-directed, responsive, and consistent
• Not corny, overly corporate, or trend-chasing for the sake of it

Requirements

• Strong short-form editing skills using CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Knows how to grow accounts organically
• Understands hooks, retention, reach, and conversion
• Industry/Tools Experience: CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Pro
