[Hiring] Social Media Engagement Moderator @ModSquad

Role Description

ModSquad has partnered with multiple top-tier brands/clients across the globe and we need the best of the best in Social Media Engagement!

We're recruiting for Social Media Engagement moderators to help market specific locations as attractive holiday destinations through a world-class marketing program and via multiple platforms. Additionally, you will inform, engage, and inspire potential visitors through e-mail, community forums, and social media.

We are primarily seeking individuals located in Europe who are French/English bilingual.

• Commitment: 9 hours weekly
• Schedule Needs: Mon-Thu mornings, and Mon-Tue afternoons (GMT timezone)
• Timings and distribution flexible within those needs.

Qualifications

• Geographical knowledge of Ireland and places of interest on the island (bonus)
• Travel experience
• Excellent writing skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation) in English and French
• Ability to communicate tone in a creative manner on social media
• An empathetic approach to handling sensitive situations with care
• Experience working with various social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram
• Experience with proactive engagement across social media channels
• Experience with social media tools such as Conversocial (would be a bonus!)
• Professional community and forum experience
• The ability to research and source relevant answers to questions in a timely manner
• Flexible availability and willingness to pick up extra shifts at short notice are a plus!
• Experience exploring the island of Ireland is a plus!
