[Hiring] Social Media Engagement Moderator @ModSquad

Role Description

ModSquad has partnered with multiple top-tier brands/clients across the globe and we need the best of the best in Social Media Engagement!

• Recruiting for Social Media Engagement moderators to help market specific locations as attractive holiday destinations.
• Inform, engage and inspire potential visitors through e-mail, community forums, and social media.
• Primarily seeking individuals located in Europe who are French/English bilingual.

Commitment: 9 hours weekly

Schedule Needs: Mon-Thu mornings, and Mon-Tue afternoons (GMT timezone). Timings and distribution flexible within those needs.

Qualifications

• Geographical knowledge of Ireland and places of interest on the island.
• Travel experience.
• Excellent writing skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation) in English and French.
• Ability to communicate tone in a creative manner on social media.
• An empathetic approach to handling sensitive situations with care.
• Experience working with various social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and Instagram.
• Experience with proactive engagement across social media channels.
• Experience with social media tools such as Conversocial (would be a bonus!).
• Professional community and forum experience.
• The ability to research and source relevant answers to questions in a timely manner.
• Flexible availability and willingness to pick up extra shifts at short notice are a plus!
• Experience exploring the island of Ireland is a plus!

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Willingness to install ModSquad security software and enable two-factor authentication on both your device and mobile phone.
