Role Description

Generous Brands is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Social team. This role will work across brands (Health-Ade, Evolution Fresh, and Bolthouse Farms) at varying scale with support and guidance from internal team and external agency. To thrive in this role, you should love to build strategy, cultivate community, and get creative! You’re organized and love managing a monthly content calendar. You love engaging with consumers, creators, and other brands. You've got your finger on the online pulse and know the latest trends, formats, and best practices. We also hope you love a good bevvy that brings the fun and function, cause it's kinda what we are all about.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience in organic social media and community management space with a track record of guiding strategy, driving engagement and increasing brand awareness.

Requirements

• Proven ability to identify trends and cultural moments, while maintaining a distinctive brand voice and point of view.
• Experience supporting content strategy and ideation for a brand within the beverage, CPG, beauty, or like-minded space.
• Excellent project management skills, organized, and able to work across multiple projects, brands, and timelines: posting one month’s content, scheduling another, and concepting on another.
• A passion for building digital community and fostering meaningful connections and conversations with consumers and/or potential customers.
• Ready and willing to work collaboratively and share creative ideas from a social perspective.
• Proactive, with a keen attention to detail. A diligent quality checker, known to catch a typo or call out an error.
• Great communication skills and comfortable sharing feedback with external agency partners and guiding strategy.
• Experience professionally managing customer service inquiries and outreach.
• Comfortable sharing ideas and participating in team discussions and brainstorming.
