• Content Creation: Craft engaging social media posts that captivate our audience, highlighting services, promotions, and essential updates.
• Promotional Strategy: Dynamically update and refresh monthly promotions to maintain relevant and compelling content.
• Visual Storytelling: Source, edit, and create outstanding graphics that visually represent our brand and enhance our social media posts.
• Profile Management: Optimize social media profiles across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profiles to maximize engagement.
• Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify trends, refine strategies, and increase overall engagement.
• Calendar Coordination: Develop and manage a comprehensive social media calendar, ensuring a consistent and impactful presence.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach with excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• 2-3+ years of experience in social media marketing or as a digital marketing specialist.
• Proficient in consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication.
• Demonstrated experience with major social media platforms and familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of online marketing and major marketing channels.
• Degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Journalism, or English.

Requirements

• This position is full-time and remote, and it is important that you are motivated, self-driven, and can meet deadlines while being responsive and connected using project management and team tools.
• Full/partial MST time-zone workday overlap is preferred, but not required.
