They are now seeking to hire a Social Media Content Creator to take ownership of the visual presentation and online presence of both brands. This role is essential for converting raw project photos and business updates into engaging, professional content that builds trust with their Australian audience.
Job Responsibilities

Content Creation & Execution

Create engaging weekly social media content for both the construction and trailer businesses.

Write compelling captions for Facebook, Instagram, and occasional LinkedIn posts.

Develop a variety of assets, including image posts, carousels, stories, and reels.

Repurpose content across both brands while adapting the tone and messaging appropriately.

Ensure all content is visually appealing, professional, and aligned with established brand guidelines.

Format and upload content for publishing while maintaining an updated content calendar.

Content Management & Editing

Organise and manage digital assets, including photos and videos provided by the client.

Perform basic photo and video editing to ensure high-quality social media output.

Create short-form video content and reels to drive audience engagement.

Maintain organised digital folders and content libraries for easy retrieval.

Scheduling & Performance Monitoring

Schedule all approved content using Meta Business Suite to ensure consistent posting.

Monitor engagement metrics, including likes, comments, reach, and audience interaction.

Identify high-performing content types and provide feedback to the business owners.

Support lead generation and brand awareness through consistent execution and monitoring.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or in a similar digital marketing role.

Strong written English skills with the ability to write engaging and grammatically correct captions.

High level of proficiency using Meta Business Suite for scheduling and management.

Experience creating social media graphics, reels, and short-form video content.

Basic to intermediate photo and video editing skills using tools like Canva or CapCut.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage two different brands simultaneously.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet weekly deadlines.

Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience supporting Australian businesses and familiarity with "Aussie" tone and humour.
