Role Description

Join Us at Social Element! We are looking for native level Korean Social Media Community Managers to excite and engage with some of our client's communities.

• Actively monitoring social media channels to ensure positive and authentic reflections on the brand.
• Building a secure, positive, and inclusive community where everyone can experience and share brand love.

In this exciting opportunity, you’ll be an essential part of our team, connecting with a brand's audiences for the Korean markets.

• Address customer inquiries and comments in a timely, professional manner.
• Engage across multiple platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook.
• Manage and grow an enthusiastic online community.
• Ensure a welcoming and judgement-free zone for consumers.

Working Hours

• Mixed flexibility across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• UK evening availability is ideal for some projects.

Child Protection

At Social Element, we place the protection of children at the heart of everything we do. All candidates will have to agree to a criminal background check and provide details for 2 professional referees at the point of accepting an offer of work.

Requirements

• Excellent Korean language knowledge with superb writing skills.
• Advanced English language skills for training and communication.
• Background experience in engagement, social customer care, and/or community management.
• Social Media knowledge across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Confidence with digital technology and various tech tools.
• A self-motivated social media expert who thrives in a remote environment.

IT Policy

• Operating system: Windows 11 / MAC OS X version 14 (Sonoma) or higher.
• At least 8GB RAM (16GB recommended).
• Secure, home-based broadband Internet connection (minimum speed of 20 Mbps download).
• 40 GB available HDD (SSD recommended).
• A Webcam and headset.
• Android or iOS device for 2FA.
• Facebook account may be required for the project.
