Role Description

We are seeking an experienced, personable, and systems-driven Social Media & Brand Manager to architect the high-end digital growth of an expanding hybrid telehealth, longevity, and clinical aesthetics business. This is not a simple "content poster" or community management role. We are looking for a hybrid strategist and operator who can build a comprehensive brand strategy from the ground up, manage its execution, and simultaneously establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and repeatable asset workflows so our creative processes can be easily scaled and replicated in the future.

In this position, you will build and run the multi-channel digital strategies for both sides of our business ecosystem—a luxury, brick-and-mortar medical aesthetics clinic and a national concierge telehealth platform specializing in advanced wellness and metabolic optimization. Additionally, you will build and structure the personal executive and lifestyle brands of the co-founders, as well as manage, grow, and leverage Google Business Profile reviews to continuously establish local market authority and trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Workflow Architecture: Design comprehensive social media and visual brand strategies from scratch. Document all processes by building repeatable SOPs, asset templates, and content workflows (utilizing systems like Notion) to ensure future scalability.
• Omnichannel Content Execution: Script, capture, and produce consistent, high-retention vertical short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and premium static layouts across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profiles.
• Google Business Profile & Review Management: Take full ownership of local SEO optimization via Google Business Profiles. Build repeatable automation loops to acquire new high-star reviews, professionally monitor and respond to client feedback in both English and Spanish, and strategically repurpose positive reviews into social media brand assets.
• Bilingual Copywriting & Localization: Write and optimize highly engaging marketing copy in both English and Spanish, delivering culturally nuanced hooks that generate immediate conversion and premium brand authority rather than basic, literal translations.
• Founder Personal Branding: Curate, structure, and document the daily workflows, lifestyle, professional milestones, and high-performance fitness tracking metrics of the co-founders.
• Tech & Marketing Funnel Optimization: Formulate and manage interactive, AI-driven qualification forms and conversational workflows designed to capture and filter premium inbound leads before pushing them into CRMs (such as GoHighLevel) and booking widgets.
• Regulatory Compliance Navigation: Ruthlessly safeguard all ad accounts and digital channels by framing content around lifestyle transformations and luxury wellness outcomes, shielding the brand from strict platform medical restrictions.
• Bespoke Visual Curation: Maintain a highly organized, minimalistic aesthetic utilizing our distinct high-end clinical color scheme, completely replacing generic healthcare templates with custom, intentional visual media.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5+ years of dedicated social media strategy and brand development experience.
• A background specifically navigating high-ticket medical aesthetics, luxury wellness, telehealth, or premium healthcare spaces is highly preferred.
• Language Fluency: Native or professional bilingual fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is strictly required.
• Systems & Documentation Comfort: Proven capability to not just execute tasks, but visually map out operational workflows and draft clear SOPs so that the brand's media framework can be replicated as the business scales.
• Tech Stack Proficiency: Comfortable integrating or working directly with advanced marketing CRMs (like GoHighLevel), workspace architecture systems (Notion/Asana), Google Business Dashboard, and AI lead-capture/funnel software.

Benefits

• Salary: $8 - $12 per hour (based on experience and skills)
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
