Role Description

Key Responsibilities

Content management:

Create content that aligns with current trends and industry best practices.

Manage content calendars to ensure posts go out consistently and on time.

Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure content reflects key brand messages and marketing goals.

Set up and manage tools like website domains, business emails, text messaging, and Google profiles.
-
Keep marketing automations and workflows running smoothly.
-
Video editing:
-
Apply video edits such as cuts/transitions, audio overlays, cinematic inserts, and other edits that align with the brand and content goals.

Create engaging short-form reels for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
-
Assist in editing long-form videos for podcast interviews and YouTube.
-
Create eye-catching thumbnails.

Audience Management and prospecting:

Send connection requests, monitor, respond to, send and engage with comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
-
Build meaningful connections and foster a positive brand image.
-
Ensure the contact database is regularly updated and accurately organized.
-
Segment email lists to enable targeted and effective communication.
-
CRM Workflows:
-
Efficiently manage client relationships through customized CRM workflows.
-
Track leads in real time, automate follow-ups, and sync seamlessly with your favorite tools.

Monitor KPIs in real time to refine strategies and ensure every campaign, workflow, and funnel delivers measurable ROI.

Tracking and reporting:
-
Generate regular reports and provide analytics on content, email, and campaign performance.
-
Monitor and report on paid media performance by tracking metrics such as CPM, CPL, leads generated, and CPA.

Oversee and monitor pipeline and opportunities, ensuring that leads are effectively tracked, followed up on, and moved through the stages.
RESULTS (KPIs)

100% on-time publication of content according to content calendar.

Minimize response time towards audience engagements and inquiries.

Increase overall social media engagement, audience growth, and lead generation.

Consistent and accurate reporting of content and marketing performance metrics.
Qualifications

Detail-oriented, creative, and dependable team player.

Strong background in social media and content strategy.
-
Proven track record of planning, creating, and executing engaging content in the online education and high-ticket service space.
Requirements

Proficient in using video editing tools like Capcut, Descript, Davinci Resolve.

Ability to edit graphics using tools like Canva and Photoshop.
-
Proficient in using CRMs like Active Campaign, GoHighLevel, and Clickfunnels.
-
Experience in Google Workspace (Gmail, GDrive, Docs, Sheets).
-
Experience in Microsoft Office Workspace.
-
Understand the algorithm of different social media platforms.
-
Prior experience managing social media and content of personality-driven businesses.
