Role Description

India-based, 100% remote. No prior professional experience required – we will train you on the job. If you have any existing experience with AI video tools, social media marketing, or content creation, that’s a bonus, but it’s not required. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your creativity, and your ability to move fast.

What you’ll work on:

• Generating high-quality video content using top-level AI tools such as Kling AI, Seedance, and other emerging AI video platforms.
• Creating and posting engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and others as needed).
• Staying on top of the rapidly evolving AI video landscape – learning new tools as they launch and figuring out how to get the best results from each one.
• Developing content calendars, writing captions, and managing posting schedules across multiple product accounts.
• Tracking what performs well and iterating quickly – experimenting with different formats, styles, and trends to maximize engagement and reach.

Requirements

• We will have a lot of applicants, and most will not make it past the first round.
• The first 90 days are very demanding. If you need structure, hand-holding, or certainty, this will be a bad fit.
• You will be expected to figure things out on your own and take responsibility quickly.
