[Hiring] Social & Inbound Marketing Manager @Core Health & Fitness, LLC

Role Description

Core Health & Fitness is looking for a Social & Inbound Marketing Manager to own the social presence and inbound channel execution across its commercial fitness ecosystem — nine brands serving gyms, performance facilities, wellness operators, and fitness professionals worldwide.

This role is equal parts strategist and executor. You'll manage day-to-day social operations with a primary focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, support email deployment and landing page execution, manage content within the CoreFit Collective app, and serve at strategic live trade events.

• Own day-to-day social operations across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Support deployment of email marketing campaigns through HubSpot.
• Own content operations within the CoreFit Collective app.
• Work closely with the Global Manager and Content Creators for video content production.
• Own social and inbound channel reporting.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact with Core's third-party marketing firm.
• Travel to industry tradeshows and live events for real-time social coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on social media management experience.
• Platform fluency across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Experience managing content within a subscription app or digital platform.
• Experience with social scheduling tools, HubSpot or comparable email platforms.
• Strong analytical instincts.
• A communicator who can manage external partners with confidence.
• Comfortable collaborating with creative producers.
• Comfortable on the road and energized by live events.
• Working proficiency in Canva or comparable tools.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, or sports industries is a plus.

Requirements

• Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving items.
• Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
• Requires working under stressful conditions or irregular hours.
