Role Description
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Social Content Creator to lead the development of engaging, high-performing content across our social media channels. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social trends, has an expert eye for visual storytelling, and can craft content that both resonates with audiences and supports business objectives. You'll work closely with marketing, design, and brand teams to bring our voice to life online.

Conceptualize, create, and manage original social-first content (photo, video, text, graphics, stories, reels, TikToks, etc.) tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)

Lead ideation and creative direction for campaigns, launches, and brand moments, ensuring alignment with broader brand and marketing goals

Own the social content calendar and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities

Stay on top of cultural trends, memes, and platform updates to keep content fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve

Monitor content performance and use insights to optimize and iterate quickly

Manage content production schedules, freelance creators, and vendors as needed

Mentor and guide junior team members or creators
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in social content creation, preferably in a fast-paced brand, agency, or media environment

Proven portfolio of high-performing social content (links or samples required)

Deep understanding of platform best practices (especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)

Exceptional copywriting, visual storytelling, and editing skills

Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms)

Strong organizational and project management skills

Passion for digital culture, storytelling, and emerging media trends
