Role Description

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator who understands internet culture, AI trends, storytelling, and how to create content people actually want to watch and share.

• Create short-form educational and entertainment AI-generated content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms on the topic of mental health and wellbeing.
• Generate content hypotheses and rapidly test ideas.
• Analyze content performance and optimize based on engagement metrics.
• Research competitors, creators, trends, and platform behavior.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to scale winning formats.
• Experiment constantly with hooks, storytelling formats, editing styles, and creative concepts.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI image and video generation tools, and use them in your daily work.

Qualifications

• Experience creating AI-generated content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Strong understanding of viral mechanics and internet culture.
• Ability to identify trends early and adapt them creatively.
• Confident use of AI tools for content creation (image and video).
• Portfolio or examples of social media content you created.

Requirements

• Remote-first, but we have offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia) and in Poland (Warsaw), so you can mix and match if you prefer.
• Ideally, you should be in the CET or EET time zone.
