Role Description
As a Shopper Marketing Supervisor (m/f/*) within the Consumer Business Group DACH/Benelux, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading the creation, execution and measurement of Shopper Marketing Execution Plan.
- Understanding regional shopper group deeply, what they need/want and how they shop.
- Working collaboratively with Category Development Managers, Key Account Managers, Area Portfolio & Trade Marketing Managers to execute on growth opportunities.
- Developing a solid understanding of 3M brands, products and brand campaigns.
- Having a deep understanding of the customer landscape and their go-to-market strategies, marketing tactics, target audiences, tools and operations.
- Ensuring the financial viability of various marketing tactics including promotions and displays (ROI).
- Managing Regional Advertising and Merchandising budget and prioritizing according to sources of growth.
- Gathering analysis on marketing tactics and making recommendations for future optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or an equivalent qualification
- Advanced Experience in Consumer Marketing
- Data driven mindset
- Preferably first experience in leading a small team
- Good level of English and German
Requirements
- Project Management Masters Degree (additional qualification)
- Travel: May include up to 10%
