Role Description
As a Shopper Marketing Coordinator (m/f/*) for the Consume Business Group in the Central Europe Region, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Creation, Execution and Measurement of Shopper Marketing Execution Plan.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the regional shopper group, including their needs, preferences, and shopping behaviors.
- Working collaboratively with Category Development Managers, Key Account Managers, Area Portfolio & Trade Marketing Managers to execute on growth opportunities.
- Developing a solid understanding of 3M brands, products and brand campaigns.
- Having deep understanding of the customer landscape and their go-to-market strategies, marketing tactics, target audiences, tools and operations.
- Managing Channel Advertising and Merchandising budget and prioritizing according to sources of growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in Consumer Marketing/ B2C / FMCG
- Data driven mindset
- Good level of English and German Proficiency
Requirements
- Experience in Project Management
- Master's Degree in Marketing (preferred)
Travel Expectations
- May include up to 10% (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands)
