Role Description
We are seeking a Shopify & Klaviyo Specialist with strong UI/UX design skills to support our client's Conversion and Retention teams. This role is ideal for someone who is a platform expert in Shopify and Klaviyo, understands how to improve e-commerce performance, and can design and implement customer experiences that increase conversion, retention, and revenue.

Own and optimize Shopify storefront experiences, including landing pages, product detail pages (PDPs), collection pages, cart pages, and checkout flows.

Build, manage, and optimize Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns, automations, segments, and retention flows.

Design and implement retention assets for email marketing, lifecycle marketing, and promotional campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing, retention, and growth teams to improve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention performance.

Analyze store and campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities.

Conduct A/B testing and implement CRO initiatives across Shopify and Klaviyo.

Create wireframes, mockups, and user experiences that support business goals and improve customer journeys.

Maintain brand consistency across Shopify storefronts, email marketing, SMS, and retention channels.

Utilize AI tools and low-code platforms to improve workflow efficiency and execution speed.
Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores, including PDPs, collection pages, landing pages, cart experiences, and checkout flows.

Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including campaigns, automations, flows, segmentation, and email/SMS marketing.

Experience creating and designing email marketing assets for ecommerce brands.

Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and ecommerce best practices.

Advanced proficiency in Figma.

Experience with Replo, Framer, Instant, Webflow, or similar low-code tools.

Ability to analyze performance data and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.

Working knowledge of Shopify themes, apps, and ecommerce workflows.

Experience supporting DTC ecommerce brands.

AI-native mindset and experience using AI tools to improve workflows and productivity.

Strong English communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
