Role Description
We are looking for a full-time SEO & Website Growth Specialist to take ownership of SEO, website performance, and organic search growth. You will work closely with the Head of Growth and internal stakeholders to:

This is not a passive reporting role. We need someone who can think strategically, execute directly, document their work, and measure impact. The organization currently operates on WordPress and is planning a future migration to Webflow. This role will help manage the current site while supporting a smooth, SEO-conscious transition.
What You'll Do

Own SEO strategy and execution, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO, local SEO, and ongoing optimization

Manage website updates, new pages, tracking, fixes, and improvements

Optimize service pages, location pages, insurance pages, blog posts, and landing pages
-
Build and maintain high-intent location and service pages
-
Conduct keyword research and create content briefs focused on commercial-intent keywords, including insurance-related searches
-
Improve title tags, meta descriptions, H1s, H2s, internal linking, schema, content depth, page speed, crawlability, and overall site structure
-
Identify SEO growth opportunities and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks
-
Manage and optimize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Business Profile

Track performance across SEO and website analytics platforms
-
Improve website conversion paths, including calls-to-action, forms, landing pages, and lead flow into HubSpot
-
Support HubSpot tracking, lead source attribution, form flows, and marketing automation
-
Ensure website leads are accurately tracked from organic search through inquiry and conversion
-
Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, designers, developers, and internal stakeholders when needed
-
Support the future migration from WordPress to Webflow, ensuring SEO value, redirects, metadata, tracking, and top-performing pages are preserved
-
Report on completed work, ranking improvements, organic traffic, leads, conversions, and opportunities for growth
Qualifications
-
5+ years of hands-on SEO and website management experience with measurable results
-
Strong website management skills, including making updates, working with page builders, and troubleshooting website issues
-
Strong WordPress experience
-
Webflow experience preferred, particularly WordPress-to-Webflow migrations
-
Strong HubSpot experience or familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems
-
Strong technical SEO experience, including audits, schema, page speed optimization, internal linking, crawl issues, redirects, canonicals, and indexation
-
Strong on-page SEO and content SEO experience
-
Local SEO experience, including Google Business Profile optimization, citation management, and location page strategies
-
Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools
-
Experience integrating marketing tools such as Zapier, webhooks, native integrations, and basic API connections
-
Experience with conversion tracking across paid platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API

Strong understanding of how marketing systems and data sources connect, including CRMs, call tracking platforms, forms, analytics platforms, and advertising tools

Strong written English skills (C1+ preferred)

Ability to create SEO briefs, improve website copy, and deliver clear performance reports

Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed

Strong communication and accountability

Comfortable owning both strategy and execution

Healthcare, telehealth, wellness, mental health, or service-based business experience

HIPAA familiarity

Webflow migration experience

Server-side tracking experience, including Server-Side GTM or Conversions API

Experience with CallTrackingMetrics, CallRail, or similar call tracking platforms

Experience improving intake, admissions, sales, or lead conversion funnels
