Role Description
The SEO Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting various technical, on-page, and off-page SEO activities. This position assists with the Department's ongoing tasks and planned projects to expand SEO activities in domains such as:

They also play a key role in facilitating greater collaboration and integration to optimize social media content strategies for improved SEO results. By leveraging their expertise in SEO best practices and strategic content management, the SEO Specialist significantly contributes to the company’s online visibility and digital growth.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on both brand protection and acquisition of high volume generic keywords in the iGaming niche.

Monitor and defend brand presence on SERPs, including identifying and countering competitor bidding, ranking, and content strategies.

Perform in-depth competitor strategy research tailored to SEA markets and user intent within iGaming.

Build and optimize WordPress-based websites, including on-page SEO, site structure, and technical performance improvements.

Plan and execute backlink acquisition campaigns specific to the iGaming niche (outreach, partnerships, PBN awareness, Web 2.0 links, etc.).

Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and tactical advantages.

Continuous on-page and technical audit and optimisation of website assets.

Implement and maintain standard SEO best practices: technical audits, internal linking, content optimisation, and tracking.

Collaborate with content and development teams to improve technical aspects.
Qualifications
-
2–5 years of SEO experience in iGaming (operator or affiliate side) is a must.

Proven experience working in SEA markets is highly desired.

Strong understanding of SERP dynamics in competitive niches and brand protection strategies.

Hands-on experience with WordPress (site setup, optimization, plugins, performance).

Demonstrated experience in backlink building within iGaming and brand protection.

Solid knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Hreflang and canonical use in multi-language websites.
-
Redirection and canonical use from multiple sites to quickly improve SERP performance.

Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Technical knowledge of working with hostings, cpanel, etc.
Nice to Have

Experience with multilingual SEO and geo-targeting.

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or ability to work closely with developers.

Experience with tracking tools and user behavior analysis (e.g., GA4, heatmaps).
