This role involves managing SEO strategies by conducting keyword research, optimizing onsite content, and implementing backlinking and local SEO tactics.

Core Tasks
- Conduct keyword research and monitor keyword performance using tools like AHREFS or SEMrush.
- Plan and execute onsite optimization strategies for improved search rankings.
- Set up and manage blog posts on the company website and external websites for backlinking and traffic generation.
- Implement local SEO strategies to improve visibility in target regions.
- Research and execute backlinking opportunities, including exchanging blogs with other sites.
- Post and engage on platforms like Reddit to drive traffic and build community presence.
- Maintain and post regularly on social media channels to support SEO efforts.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in SEO and content marketing.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as AHREFS, SEMrush, or similar.
- Experience with keyword research, onsite optimization, and local SEO strategies.
- Familiarity with content creation, blog management, and backlinking.
- Strong understanding of the US Real Estate market.
- Ability to work CST 9-5.
Requirements
- Prior experience working within the real estate industry.
- Experience with managing social media alongside SEO efforts.
- Knowledge of posting and engaging on community platforms like Reddit.
- Prior experience with blog exchange programs or guest posting.
