[Hiring] SEO Outreach Manager @Clickhub

Role Description

As an SEO Outreach Specialist, you will be using industry leading outreach software (BuzzStream) and tested outreach processes in order to prospect, qualify and secure placements for guest posts, sponsored content & advertorial articles on quality publications. You will become a world class outreach specialist that is a key member of our team. You will own the process from beginning to end, and will be the leader in this department, responsible for developing comprehensive outreach strategies aimed at obtaining article posts on authoritative websites.

• Manage a database of news & magazine publications to reach out to.
• Qualify those sites and set up outreach needed to contact their advertising departments efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor inbound communications, build relationships and partnerships, and follow up effectively on outreach opportunities.
• Engage in effective and persuasive communication with news publishers to gather pricing information for article placements.
• Skillfully negotiate pricing and advertising terms with publishers, aiming to achieve the most favorable outcomes for our company.
• Lead and manage staff that collects contact information for news publications, providing clear assignments, detailed instructions and responsive support.
• Continuously refine the pitching process to identify and target qualified publications effectively.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of SEO backlink analysis skills to enhance our advertising strategies.
• Manage other staff & work on 10+ outreach campaigns at a time.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
• Background in outreach and negotiation, backlinking, digital advertising or SEO/media-related role.
• At least 3 years of experience working as an SEO/Outreach Specialist.
• Experience with tools such as Buzzstream, Pitchbox, Ahrefs.
• Excellent communicator, skilled in negotiation and possess strong organizational abilities.
• Very high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the advertising industry, pricing models and common advertising metrics.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
