Role Description
FusionHit is looking for a creative, analytical, and self-driven SEO & Digital Growth Analyst (Mid-Level) to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands SEO fundamentals, enjoys working with data, and is motivated to execute and optimize digital strategies that drive measurable growth.
Initially, youβll focus on optimizing FusionHitβs main website to improve visibility, generate qualified leads, and support our staff augmentation business. As the role evolves, you may contribute to supporting growth initiatives for new products and apps.
Qualifications

BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MS is a plus).

2β4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, content optimization, or digital marketing.

Solid knowledge of technical SEO basics: indexing, metadata, crawlability, site structure, and Core Web Vitals fundamentals.

Experience with keyword research and on-page optimization.

Familiarity with link-building strategies and content promotion.
-
Working knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, etc.).

Ability to interpret data and create clear reports with actionable insights.

Basic understanding of CRO concepts and how users navigate websites.

Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Must reside and have work authorization in Latin America.

Must be available to work with significant overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST).
Requirements

Support regular website audits to ensure technical health and SEO best practices.

Perform keyword research to support content planning and optimization.

Assist in improving site performance, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.

Monitor organic rankings, traffic, and conversions, reporting progress on a regular basis.

Optimize metadata, internal linking, and content structure across key pages.

Support the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns under guidance.

Perform keyword analysis to help align paid and organic search efforts.

Track conversion performance and assist in identifying ROI opportunities.

Collaborate in testing ad creatives and targeting improvements.
-
Help report on paid vs. organic outcomes and campaign insights.

Collaborate with writers and designers to produce SEO-friendly content.

Maintain and update a keyword-based content calendar.
-
Optimize existing pages and blogs to improve rankings and engagement.
-
Research content opportunities and propose recommendations based on data.
-
Help maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for SEO, traffic, and lead generation.

Provide insights to support improvements in conversion and marketing performance.

Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Assist with A/B test execution and analysis on landing pages (forms, demos, etc.).

Suggest UX and content improvements based on performance metrics.

Support landing page optimization for both SEO and paid campaigns.

Support App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives once apps launch.

Assist with mobile keyword research, basic app listing optimization, and rank tracking.
