[Hiring] SEO Expert @Praxis

Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Expert to join our growing team and take ownership of SEO across a range of digital projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to grow organic traffic, improve search visibility, identify ranking opportunities, and turn SEO into measurable business results.

• Develop and execute SEO strategies across multiple websites.
• Conduct keyword and competitor research.
• Identify high-value search opportunities.
• Perform technical SEO audits and resolve ranking issues.
• Improve website structure, internal linking and crawlability.
• Optimise landing pages, titles, headings and website content.
• Develop SEO-focused content strategies and briefs.
• Analyse Google search results and competitor performance.
• Develop and execute backlink and outreach strategies.
• Identify quality backlink and partnership opportunities.
• Work with developers and content teams to implement improvements.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, leads and conversions.
• Use data to continuously improve SEO performance.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of technical, on-page and off-page SEO.
• Strong keyword research and search-intent analysis skills.
• Experience with backlink building and outreach.
• Experience using Google Search Console and GA4.
• Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog or similar.
• Ability to independently investigate why a website isn't ranking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritise SEO work based on potential impact.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity while validating the output.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Expert or similar role, with a portfolio of successful projects.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
