At CoverSafe, we're one of the nation's fastest-growing automatic pool cover companies, serving homeowners across the country through more than 25 locations. We're looking for an experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist who wants to own our search strategy, grow our online presence, and make a measurable impact on our business.

This isn't a role where you'll simply follow a checklist. You'll help shape our digital marketing strategy, influence business growth, and have the opportunity to build something that continues to evolve alongside AI search and emerging marketing technologies.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute our SEO strategy to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Perform keyword research and optimize website content for search engines and user experience.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, monitor website health, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create and update website content, landing pages, blogs, and seasonal campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and local listings across multiple service areas.
• Plan, create, and manage content for our social media platforms while growing engagement and brand awareness.
• Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools, providing recommendations based on data.
• Stay current on SEO best practices, AI-powered search, and emerging digital marketing trends to keep CoverSafe ahead of the competition.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to support company initiatives and business growth.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field.
• A strong understanding of technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to create content that performs.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience managing business social media platforms and understanding how they support overall marketing goals.
• The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of AI search, SEO trends, and evolving digital marketing strategies.

Requirements
