[Hiring] SEO & AI Search Specialist @Talencore

Role Description

This is a remote position. We are looking for an SEO & AI Search Specialist to improve our organic visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI search experiences. This role is responsible for:

• Technical SEO
• Keyword research
• Content strategy
• Structured data (schema)
• AI search optimization
• High-quality backlink acquisition
• Performance reporting
• Ongoing recommendations that increase qualified organic traffic

Qualifications

• Experience with technical SEO and website optimization in security, telecommunications, or technology industries.
• Strong keyword research and content strategy skills.
• Experience implementing structured data (schema).
• Experience developing and executing high-quality backlink acquisition strategies.
• Understanding of AI search optimization and evolving search trends.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing lead.

• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics 4
• SEMrush or Ahrefs
• Screaming Frog
• Schema validation tools
• Google Tag Manager (preferred)

Expectations

• We want an SEO & AI Search Specialist who understands the evolving search landscape and can build a strategy that combines:

• The successful candidate should proactively identify opportunities, prioritize work based on business impact, and provide clear monthly reporting with measurable progress.
