Role Description

Kairos Labs is hiring an SEO & AEO Delivery Strategist to enhance our delivery process. This role supports the analysis and strategy behind every account, sharpening insights before they reach the customer. The focus is on business outcomes, with rankings and traffic being critical when they influence pipeline and revenue.

• Build the strategy for every account.
• Manage keyword, topic and prompt architecture, topic clusters, website architecture and taxonomy, content audits and calendars.
• Analyze opportunities and build monthly reports and twice-yearly deep dives using analytics tools.
• Run AEO experiments, including prompt baselines, controlled tests, citation tracking, and impact readouts.
• Build internal tools to improve agency delivery through a library of AI skills.
• Ensure deliverables are review-ready and approved without multiple rounds of review.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in SEO & AEO, primarily in B2B SaaS.
• Agency experience managing several accounts simultaneously.
• Experience with US brands or fast-growing companies.
• Results in commercial projects tied to pipeline or revenue.
• Fluent in GA4, Search Console, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Hands-on experience with AI search tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
• Ability to move between high-level strategy and detailed data analysis.
• Excellent written English and clean asynchronous communication.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Proven track record in SEO & AEO with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with sales data tools.
• Ability to create clean formulas and logical sheets for data backing.
