Role Description
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead our Google Ads efforts across the US region. Reporting to our Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for scaling high-budget campaigns and optimizing complex funnels to drive enrollment for our high-value tech programs.
-
Full channel P&L for Google Ads Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Shopping/feed-based formats where relevant.
-
Bidding and account architecture at scale β value-based bidding, tROAS/tCPA, portfolio strategies, budget pacing, and the account structure that makes them work rather than fight each other.
-
The signal layer: Offline conversion imports, enhanced conversions, server-side tracking, and CRM-to-Google feedback loops so smart bidding optimizes toward revenue and qualified leads, not top-of-funnel noise.
-
Geo expansion: Launch and scale new markets; keyword research in-language, localization QA, market-specific landing pages, budget allocation across a global portfolio.
-
Measurement and incrementality: Geo-lift tests, holdouts, MMM inputs, attribution disputes β and the judgment to know when platform-reported ROAS is lying to you.
-
Creative and landing page velocity: Ad copy testing at scale (including AI-assisted production), RSA asset management, and a continuous LP/CRO testing roadmap with design and web.
-
Competitive strategy: Brand defense, conquesting, auction insights, and pricing-pressure response.
Qualifications
-
4+ years in paid search, with at least 2β3 years at senior/lead level owning a channel independently.
-
Global track record β non-negotiable. You've managed paid search across multiple regions (e.g., North America + EMEA + LATAM/APAC) and multiple languages, with documented results in each.
-
Meaningful budget scale. You've personally managed $100K+ / month budget or equivalent annual spend, and can talk credibly about what changes at scale versus what doesn't.
-
Deep technical fluency: Google Ads UI and Editor, scripts, bulk operations, Google Ads API or SA360, GA4, Looker/Tableau, and SQL comfortable enough to pull your own numbers without waiting on analytics.
-
Conversion tracking ownership: GTM, server-side tagging, offline conversion uploads, CRM integration (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar). You've debugged a broken conversion pipeline yourself.
-
Analytical rigor: You design tests with enough power to read, you know the difference between correlation and lift, and you'll say "this result isn't significant" out loud.
-
Fluent English, working comfortably in a distributed international team.
Benefits
-
Competitive compensation.
-
Full-time remote contract with a flexible schedule.
-
A close-knit, international team of thoughtful and driven professionals.
-
All software licenses and remote work tools you need to be successful in a remote working environment (Slack, Miro, Notion, Zoom, etc).
