Role Description
Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing AI consumer technology company seeking a Senior UGC Creative Producer to lead the production of high-performing user-generated content that drives global customer acquisition. This is a highly hands-on role for a creative producer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning ideas into high-volume, high-impact content.
You'll own the full creative production process—from concept development and scripting to creator management, production, and performance analysis—working closely with growth, product, and marketing teams. You'll play a key role in scaling one of the company's primary growth channels by creating engaging content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and other emerging social channels.
What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end production of UGC and short-form video content for paid and organic social campaigns.

Generate creative concepts, write scripts, storyboards, hooks, captions, and platform-native copy in English.

Source, brief, and manage creators, influencers, actors, and production partners.

Direct video shoots from planning through final delivery, including casting, locations, props, and on-set creative direction.

Build scalable production workflows that enable high-volume content creation while maintaining quality.

Manage relationships with external agencies, production vendors, and UGC platforms.

Collaborate closely with product, growth, and marketing teams to rapidly test new creative concepts.

Analyze campaign and creative performance to continuously optimize future content.

Stay ahead of social media trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging content formats.
Qualifications

Proven experience producing high-volume UGC and short-form video campaigns for B2C consumer brands.

Exceptional written English with demonstrated experience writing high-performing social media and TikTok copy.

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and short-form content best practices.

Experience managing creators, influencers, production teams, and external creative partners.

Ability to independently lead the full production process from concept through delivery.

Strong understanding of performance marketing and using campaign data to guide creative decisions.

Experience building scalable creative workflows and production processes.

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
