Role Description

As our Temporary Sr. Social Media Analyst, you will support the growth and optimization of influencer and social media programs for one of our largest retail clients. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in influencer and social media analytics, the ability to adapt to evolving social media algorithms and measurement tools, and an understanding of how to measure the performance of both organic and paid influencer campaigns. More than simply reporting results, this individual will uncover meaningful insights, identify emerging trends, and translate complex data into compelling narratives that inform strategy and drive campaign performance throughout the temporary assignment.

Please note that this is a temporary role through January 2027.

Qualifications

• Strong background in influencer and social media analytics
• Ability to adapt to evolving social media algorithms and measurement tools
• Understanding of how to measure the performance of organic and paid influencer campaigns

Requirements

• Measurement Lead: Design measurement frameworks reflecting a deep understanding of metrics available in each social platform
• Highly Analytical: Conduct social audits and influencer analysis, translating performance data into actionable insights
• Creator Intelligence: Evaluate influencer impact across cultural relevance, long-term equity, and community trust
• Project Management: Create visually stunning reports detailing campaign performance and track metrics over time
• Social Listening: Monitor sentiment in real time, flag potential crises, and help clients protect their image
• Vendor Management: Evaluate new social measurement tools and manage relationships with third-party vendors
