Role Description
We’re looking to engage a Senior Social Marketing Executive to own and execute Duelbits’ social presence across X, Instagram, and TikTok. This is an always-on, content-first role where speed, instinct, and cultural awareness matter. You’ll operate at the front line of the brand, creating, reacting, and amplifying content that connects with crypto-native and sports-driven audiences. You’ll also extend reach beyond owned channels, working with creators, KOLs, and partnership IP to scale visibility and engagement.
What you’ll be doing

Content Creation & Social Execution

Own day-to-day content creation and publishing across X, Instagram, and TikTok.

Create reactive content in real time, memes, sports moments, crypto news, and internet trends.

Develop platform-native short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, clips).

Use AI tools to accelerate content production and increase output at speed.

Maintain a rolling content calendar while capitalising on real-time opportunities.

Culture, Trends & Brand Voice

Stay embedded in crypto, sports, and internet culture; identifying what’s relevant and translating it into content.

Adapt tone of voice across platforms; ensuring content feels native, not replicated.

Act as an internal signal for trends, content direction, and cultural relevance.

Maintain a bold, fast, and recognisable Duelbits voice across all outputs.

Sports & Betting Content

Create timely, relevant content around key sports events (football, UFC, NBA, F1, etc.).

Connect sports moments with betting culture in a way that drives engagement and shareability.

Align content with live markets, events, and key moments alongside sportsbook and trading teams.

Creators, KOLs & Partnerships

Identify and engage creators, KOLs, and culturally relevant voices.

Leverage partnership and ambassador content across social channels.

Execute collaborative content, takeovers, and co-branded moments.

Track impact of creator activity across reach, engagement, and growth.

Creative Collaboration & AI
-
Work with designers and editors to deliver creative assets at speed.

Leverage AI tools for ideation, content creation, editing, and trend identification.

Amplify community content, UGC, and player moments across channels.

Performance & Optimisation

Track performance across engagement, reach, growth, and content effectiveness.

Provide weekly insights on what’s working and where to optimise.

Stay current on platform changes, features, and algorithm shifts.
Qualifications
-
1–3 years’ experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.

Proven ability to create engaging, platform-native content (portfolio required).

Strong understanding of meme culture, internet behaviour, and Gen Z engagement.

Genuine interest in sports, crypto, and online communities.
-
Experience managing multiple social accounts with different tones of voice.

Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation.
-
Strong written communication; sharp, fast, and platform-native.
-
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, always-on environment.
Requirements

Experience within iGaming, crypto, sports betting, or entertainment brands.

Short-form video creation (CapCut, Premiere, or native tools).

Understanding of how social supports acquisition and brand growth.

Familiarity with analytics tools and scheduling platforms.

Active presence on Crypto Twitter, sports communities, or TikTok ecosystems.
