Role Description

The Uncommon Business is one of the fastest-growing AI-first education companies in the market, helping business leaders build intelligent systems that scale operations, improve leverage, and drive sustainable growth. Focused on innovation, high performance, and operational excellence, they are hiring a Senior Social Content Strategist to own a fast-moving content engine that directly impacts the business growth.

This role includes:

• Owning the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X
• Developing and executing a high-volume content engine that consistently delivers engaging, revenue-driving content
• Creating and publishing daily content across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency and quality
• Leading TikTok strategy end to end, including weekly founder recording sessions and content planning
• Collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing to align content with launches, masterclasses, and lead generation campaigns
• Turning newsletters, live events, customer conversations, and founder insights into repeatable content systems
• Capturing content from live events and transforming it into multi-platform organic content
• Testing creative concepts, hooks, messaging, and posting strategies to optimize performance
• Using AI tools and workflows to increase content output, speed, and efficiency
• Helping guide future content team members as the department grows

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading cross-channel content across paid, organic, email, and social platforms
• Experience owning content production tied to revenue-generating launches or marketing campaigns
• Strong ability to manage high-volume content production while maintaining exceptional quality
• Experience working within structured marketing systems while continuously improving performance
• Demonstrated ability to improve campaign performance through content testing, iteration, and optimization
• Strong understanding of creating content that drives conversions, not just engagement
• Experience supporting education, information product, creator, or founder-led businesses is highly preferred
• Excellent writing skills across both short-form and long-form social content
• Comfortable directing founders or executives during content creation sessions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, launch-driven environment
• AI-first mindset with experience using AI tools to improve creative workflows and productivity

Benefits

• Salary: Starting at $90,000 to $110,000 base salary plus performance bonus tied to reach, cadence, launch readiness, and content output KPIs.
