Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior SEO Program Manager to join our SEO team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of SEO, a proven track record in driving organic growth, and possess a strategic mindset that can identify and execute innovative initiatives that will give our websites an edge. You will work closely with our Product, engineering, BI, and UX teams to develop and implement innovative strategies that boost our search engine rankings and contribute to our overall growth.

ABOUT THIS TEAM: We’re the SEO team, and our focus is on growing organic traffic, improving website visibility, and keeping the site healthy. We run on 2-week sprints and manage SEO programs from start to finish. Our go-to tools include JIRA, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Heatmapping tools — they’re essential to how we work. As a team, we value efficiency, clear communication, analytical thinking, and strong collaboration. In this role, you’ll work closely with our design and development teams, taking projects from idea to execution. How do we work?

  • Execute and develop the global SEO strategy of our portals and products.
  • Collaborate on quarterly plans and long-term SEO strategy with SEO leaders, as well as other Marketing and Business leaders.
  • Work closely and partner with teams from the US, Puerto Rico, India, and Poland, such as Product, Design/UX, Content, Engineering, and Customer Support, to plan, organize, and manage cross-team collaboration & shared projects aimed at maximizing business growth.
  • Create and optimize SEO, UX, and content of our portals and products.
  • Monitor SEO performance and constantly look for opportunities to scale organic traffic and sales.
  • Own our SEO traffic and revenue goals.
  • Each quarter, review and set team and individual goals in our Roadmap to grow our SEO performance and track progress against monthly goals and the yearly budget.

Technologies/tools we use:

  • SEO: Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Screaming Frog, and more.
  • Content: custom CMS and WordPress, internal tools, and more.
  • CRO: Internal A/B testing tool.
  • Data and reporting: Sisense, Microstrategy, Looker, R, internal tools.
  • JIRA, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Workday.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy for resume products, aligning with business goals and targets.
  • Plan and coordinate SEO execution across Technical SEO, Design, Content, and Engineering functional teams.
  • Own KPIs for organic traffic and conversions for the resume builder.
  • Analyze SEO data using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools to track metrics.
  • Monitor and refine existing best practices to meet company objectives, strategies, and forecasts.
  • Measure and report on SEO performance, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Present SEO performance reports to stakeholders and demonstrate the ROI of SEO efforts.
  • Secure top positions for websites for high-intent keywords related to content.
  • Identify growth opportunities and innovative SEO tactics by exploring cutting-edge strategies and techniques.
  • Generate high-quality backlinks from authoritative domains to boost search engine rankings.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to develop a cohesive approach to SEO, content marketing, and go-to-market activities.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors' SEO landing pages and performance to identify opportunities and inform SEO strategies.
  • Perform regular internal SEO audits, maintain an up-to-date TAM analysis, and assess the capture of high-intent search traffic compared to competitors through analysis and keyword research.
  • Proactively stay ahead of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices, including leveraging AI/ML for content and asset generation.

Qualifications

  • Comfort and aptitude for data analysis, including Google Analytics, and expertise in SQL, Microstrategy, or equivalent tools.
  • Proficiency in English language.

Requirements

  • Experience collaborating closely with internal design teams to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus).
  • A strong track record of working with developers or engineering teams in an agile environment.
  • Confidence in managing projects end-to-end — from ideation through execution and delivery.
  • Ability to translate ideas into clear plans and communicate effectively across teams.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and comfort navigating cross-functional work.
