Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior (Techno Functional β ExactTarget) professional to lead the end-to-end delivery, administration, and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions with strong expertise in the legacy ExactTarget platform and modern SFMC capabilities. The ideal candidate combines strong technical development skills with functional marketing automation expertise, enabling seamless collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role involves designing personalized customer engagement journeys, managing platform integrations, and delivering scalable omnichannel marketing solutions.

Gather and analyze business requirements for marketing automation and customer engagement initiatives.

Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

Lead campaign planning, customer journey design, segmentation, and personalization strategies.

Collaborate with marketing, CRM, analytics, and business teams to optimize customer communications.

Support user training, documentation, and platform best practices.

Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, APIs, external databases, and third-party applications.

Manage subscriber data, segmentation logic, suppression lists, and audience targeting.

Support data migration, synchronization, and ETL processes.

Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with marketing standards.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

Execute and monitor email and multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Perform QA testing and validate campaign accuracy before deployment.

Analyze campaign performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies.

Support A/B testing and reporting activities.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the bridge between technical and business teams.

Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud / ExactTarget.

Strong techno-functional expertise in marketing automation platforms.
