Role Description

Kleinfelder is seeking a Sr. Proposal Coordinator to support our A/E business development efforts in the Central Division. We are looking for someone with the experience and ability to take an opportunity from start to finish and increase our probability of winning through:

• Capture plans
• SWOT analysis
• Client value propositions

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating proposals within the following markets:

• Transportation
• Water
• Environmental
• State/local government
• Power
• Oil/gas

They should have an eye for detail and can perform quality reviews on their own work to catch layout, grammar, spelling, typographical, and punctuation errors. The perfect candidate thrives in a collaborative, engaging, and fast-paced environment, eager to take ownership of each project and provide meaningful contributions to help the team win. They are diligent about meeting RFP/Q compliance requirements and have a passion for creating compelling and visually stimulating submittals.

You will support our Business Development efforts in the Central US. This position can be in-office or remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in English, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications with 6+ years of experience in the engineering, transportation, construction management, or architecture industry.
• 10+ years of experience in the engineering, transportation, construction management, or architecture industry (without a degree).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
