[Hiring] Senior Product Marketing Manager II — AI GTM Strategy @Smartsheet

Role Description

As a Sr Product Marketing Manager on the AI GTM Strategy team, you will be the in-region AI product marketing partner for Smartsheet's APJ sales organization. You will own the regional activation of Smartsheet's AI narrative, ensuring APJ field teams can lead differentiated AI conversations with enterprise buyers across the region.

• Execute the regional activation of Smartsheet's global AI narrative across APJ field teams.
• Develop APJ-specific AI positioning guides that address regional buyer priorities.
• Maintain a living understanding of how AI messaging resonates differently across APJ markets.
• Serve as the primary AI enablement resource for APJ field teams.
• Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver AI-specific training sessions and deal support.
• Build and maintain the APJ AI content suite in Smartsheet’s Enablement platform.
• Track enablement adoption through leading indicators.
• Support the regional go-to-market activation for Smartsheet's MCP platform.
• Develop APJ-specific MCP use-case content.
• Partner with APJ partner teams to align AI and MCP messaging.
• Develop and deliver regional AI activation programs.
• Partner with APJ Customer Success to build AI-specific customer engagement frameworks.
• Source and develop APJ customer proof points and case studies.
• Maintain current competitive intelligence on AI positioning from competitors.
• Develop APJ-specific competitive battle cards and objection-handling guides.
• Provide regular competitive briefings to APJ field leadership.
• Support Smartsheet's AI thought leadership presence at APJ industry events.
• Develop regionally relevant AI content.
• Partner with APJ demand generation to integrate AI messaging into regional campaign strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or GTM strategy in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Direct experience translating global product narratives into regionally activated field content.
• Working knowledge of AI and automation concepts.
• Deep familiarity with APJ enterprise buying dynamics.
• Strong writing and messaging skills.
• Comfort working directly with Sales, Customer Success, and field teams.
• Proactive and self-directed.
• Experience with competitive intelligence.
