[Hiring] Senior Product Marketing Manager @Bitmovin

Role Description

As our Senior Product Marketing & Growth Lead, you will operate at two levels: defining the long-term strategic vision and getting your hands dirty in the execution. You are the vital bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring that our technical innovations translate into market-leading narratives and high-performing campaigns.

Reporting to the CPO and working in lockstep with the VP of Marketing, you will own the "truth" of how Bitmovin shows up in the market, transforming complex technical capabilities into compelling growth stories.

What You Will Build:

• Define & Own Strategic Positioning: Lead market sizing, segmentation, and competitive positioning across all product lines.
• Architect GTM & Campaigns: Own the full go-to-market strategy for product launches.
• Drive Analyst Relations: Build and own relationships with key industry firms.
• Be a Visible External Voice: Act as a primary spokesperson for Bitmovin.
• Scale with AI: Actively integrate AI tools into your workflow.
• Enable the Revenue Engine: Partner with Sales and Product leads to create the narrative tools that close deals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Marketing or Growth roles.
• At least 2 years in a senior leadership or lead capacity within the B2B tech space.
• A background in OTT streaming media technology (Live, VOD, AdTech).
• A track record of doing the work, not just managing it.
• Experience using AI tools in daily work.
• Comfortable as a public-facing spokesperson.
• Ability to build bridges across Product, Revenue, and Engineering.
