Role Description
We're reimagining what it means for organisations to be resilient to cyber-attacks. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a part in building out Cyber Workforce & AI Resilience as a category β owning a balanced mix of core product marketing and sales enablement across our solution areas.
Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you'll shape positioning and messaging, and just as importantly, make sure that messaging actually lands with the people in the room with prospects: our sales team.
Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):
-
Own messaging training and ramp programs that get sales fluent and confident fast β including onboarding fundamentals, live training sessions, and ongoing certification as messaging evolves.
-
Develop positioning and messaging across multiple solution areas, grounded in customer, market, and competitive insight.
-
Build sales-ready collateral β battlecards, one-pagers, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides β that reps actually pick up and use.
-
Partner closely with Product Management to deeply understand roadmap and competitive differentiation, and translate it into consumable, jargon-free content.
-
Support product launches end-to-end, ensuring sales is trained and equipped before day one.
-
Gather direct feedback from sales on what's landing and what isn't, and use it to continuously sharpen training and content.
-
Track adoption and effectiveness of enablement programs, and report back on what's working.
Qualifications
-
5-8 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a closely related field, ideally in B2B SaaS.
-
Proven experience building and delivering training or ramp programs for sales teams, not just producing content for them.
-
A track record of translating technical product capability into messaging that's straightforward and jargon-free.
-
Comfort working autonomously across multiple solution areas at once, with the ability to prioritise as things shift.
-
Strong cross-functional instincts β you'll work closely with Product, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing, in both the UK & US.
-
Sharp writing and presentation skills; you can make complex things simple and engaging.
-
A nice to have but not essential: understanding of cybersecurity, application security, or enterprise risk, and experience with enablement platforms (e.g. Highspot, Seismic, Showpad).
Requirements
-
This role is fully remote, open to candidates based in the UK or US.
Benefits
-
Prosper in our success with share options, and rewards for doing great work and living our values.
-
Look after you and your family with health, dental, and disability insurance, fully paid sick leave, and mental health support.
-
Save for the future with a 401K match of up to 5% β effective immediately.
-
33 holiday days plus two volunteering days, 12 weeks enhanced parental leave & your birthday off.
-
Flexible and remote working, so you can work when and where you work best.
-
Career and learning development through the platform and our Learn Anything fund.
-
While most of the team are fully remote, when you do visit, our North American HQ is based in the center of Boston, just a 10 minute walk from Back Bay train station.
-
Monthly socials and sports clubs for our sociable, tight-knit teams (weβve done everything from cake making to escape rooms).
-
Immersiveβs commitment to fair and equitable compensation practices means that our compensation & benefits team prices each individual role before it is opened. Each team member is eligible for a compensation plan made up of a base salary + bonus (either annual or variable commission, depending on role) + equity. We expect most candidates for this position to fall within a base salary range of $135,000 - 160,000, though the specific package will vary based on a candidateβs qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience.
